I don’t know, maybe I just keep coming at the wrong time, but everything I actually wanted was sold out again. The few things left were just kind of... not what I was looking for. Frustrating.

The parts feel really solid. I was going to say they feel sturdy—actually, they feel better than I expected. Everything works great so far, and I’m happy with it.

It runs most games fine, but I keep noticing random stutters here and there, and that kind of ruins the experience for me. When it’s smooth, it’s decent, but the hiccups stand out way more than the good parts

I reached out not really sure how long it would take to hear back, so I figured I might be waiting around for a while. But the replies came in quickly, which was a nice surprise. It made the whole experience feel a lot smoother and less frustrating than I expected.

I had a really good experience customizing my PC on skytechgaming.com. I’m the type of person who double-checks everything before spending that kind of money, so I appreciated that the options were clear and easy to understand. I could switch things like the GPU, RAM, storage, and case without feeling lost, and the prices updated right away so there were no surprises. Checkout was simple too, and the PC showed up exactly how I configured it. Overall, I’m really happy with the build and glad I took my time with it.

I was kind of overwhelmed at first, but seeing the actual part brands instead of just random specs helped a lot. I don’t know, it just made the whole thing feel less like guessing and way less stressful when I was trying to pick a PC...

My PC showed up dead on arrival, which was definitely not the exciting unboxing moment I had in mind. I figured it was going to turn into a huge hassle, because, you know, these things usually do. But support got back to me quickly and didn’t make the whole situation awkward or annoying. They walked me through a few checks, then helped me get it sent back and repaired. It did take a bit of time, which wasn’t ideal, but they handled it way better than I expected. Stuff happens, especially with tech, but they actually took care of it, so I’m giving 5 stars.

So yeah, I’d give it 4 stars overall. I’ve had my Skytech gaming PC for a few months now, and the biggest thing I appreciate is how easy it is to upgrade. There’s plenty of room inside the case, the cables weren’t a nightmare to deal with, and adding more RAM was super simple. The only downside for me is that the stock storage feels a little small, especially with how huge newer games are. But if you’re planning to add or swap parts later, it’s been a smooth experience.

The PC seems to be working fine so far, so I guess that’s the main thing. I was a little unsure when it arrived, though, because the delivery box had a few dents and one corner was crushed. Thankfully nothing appears to be broken, but yeah, not exactly the best first impression

I can barely hear this thing running, even when I'm gaming late at night. it's kind of rude how quiet it is, like, am I supposed to just trust it's working? But yeah, it stays super quiet and doesn't turn my room into a jet engine simulator.

I did get my refund in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. But it definitely took more follow-ups than I expected. Support did respond, just not very quickly, which made the whole thing feel a little hit or miss. Not terrible, but the process could be a lot smoother...

The PC looked good when it arrived, but setting it up was stressful. I felt a bit pressured to get it working quickly, and then it wouldn’t boot properly at first. A couple of the cables seemed loose, and the instructions weren’t much help either. I ended up messing with it way longer than I expected for a brand new computer. Definitely not the smooth first impression I was hoping for

Got my Skytech PC and the cable work inside is dang clean. Everything was tucked away nice and it looks like the airflow should be solid too. Way neater than I would’ve done it myself, no question.

Just putting this out there for anyone considering it: mine actually arrived faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I don’t have any real complaints so far. Worth noting if you’re worried about shipping time.

I’ve been using it for a bit it just feels good overall. It runs well, and the build quality gives me that solid, dependable kind of feeling. Hard to explain, but I’m impressed so far...

I bought this mostly because I liked the way it looked in the photos, but in person it just feels kind of plain and cheaper than I expected. The RGB was a letdown too, the colors don’t really match up nicely and some spots look patchy. I also felt a bit passed around trying to figure out if I was missing something with the lighting, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. It looked way cooler online than it does sitting on my desk. Disappointed overall.

I don’t remember much about the setup, which is probably a good sign. What I do remember is that it was clean and didn’t dump a bunch of random bloatware on me. Nice and simple

I ended up having to return my PC because, after getting it and trying to figure out if it was going to work for what I needed, it just wasn’t the right fit for me. The return form itself was straightforward and not hard to fill out, so that part was fine. The main thing was that I had to wait a couple of days to hear back and get the RMA information, which made the whole process feel a little slower than I expected. To be fair, they did accept the return and the refund eventually came through without any major issue, so I definitely appreciate that. I just wish the updates had been a bit faster along the way, and that the shipping details were explained more clearly from the start.

Bought a gaming PC from Skytech and I’m happy with it overall. For the price, the specs were better than what I was seeing in stores, so that was a big plus. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but it showed up packed really well and everything has been working fine so far. It’s not perfect, but i’d say it was definitely worth it.
